Staff do not have policies on hand and when one calls head office to enquire am met with refusals to advise when managers will be available and when asked if they will be able to send me the polices by end of business I was rudely hung up on by thier staff. 0/10 would not reccommend. My child has a diagnosed disorder and is being descriminated against for things beyond his control and the staff at the center seem smug about sending home a problem child" after less than an hour. He has been sent home 9 out of the 10 days of care. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this company."

I made several messages online via website also made phone calls and left messages on mobile phone that I received from a school that your day care runs for. not a one response have I received. It's been over two weeks. I think it's ridiculous for me to have an inquiry just would like to chat and have answers about your service. based on this I don't think I would consider the service.

Shocking service from head office. Amount debited is different to invoiced amount every week and they refuse to fix it.Also, unable to enrol for holiday program using XAP. Rang head office with no answer. All instructions on XAP are videos with no subtitles or text so not user friendly for people that can't watch videos.Was once a great service but now it terrible.

Increase childcare fees by 40% without notice, also incorrectly charging fees in the new system causing more out of pocket fees from parents. Told centre manager and also Big childcare head office/upper management and has not responded with acknowledgement or a fix to the issue. Head office hours starts at 9am and no one answers till 9.50am and rings out. Very poor communication and customer service from management

Big Childcare canceled the OHSC program at our school at 7:37pm one night effective immediately, giving parents no notice for the care they needed the following morning.Big Childcare left the school in shambles, luckily the school is full of decent people who have stepped up to fill the void.We also had some incidents of theft by children under their supervision that were never addressed.If you are thinking of using this company for your OHSC program I would look elsewhere, didn't even last three months at our school.

I have tried to ring head office 7 times in the last week, and can not get through to speak to someone regarding my billing issue.I have sent 2 emails in this time, and no one has gotten back to me.How can Big Childcare be industry leading when they are so incompetent and make communication with families impossible?!I am about to cease using this service all together and organize alternative arrangements for my children.

Absolutely disgusting customer service here from head office. Multiple attempts to call them over several days only answered once by a real person who then emailed to say they have rectified the issue which they have not. I have sent 2 further emails and attempted to call back over the last week for the phone to answer and then be hung up on after the recorded welcome.A number of issues around billing. What ever you do do not give these thieves your bank details for direct debit. They will steal your money unauthorised for services not even provided and when you attempt to try and fix it they disappear off the face of the earth.Staff in the centre are no help either as they have no idea as to what is happening.I think it it time to go to the Accc and ombudsman as attempts to resolve as falling on. Do not send your children to this childcare. My son received a lot of bullying and was traumatized from the experience while the centre manager never took the issue seriously. I was forced to withdraw my child from the centre, and the centre manager forgot to delete my bookings although it was explicitly requested and I was paying for absences for a total of 7 months without a single word. A refund was requested around 4 months ago and still I have not received anything. I was told by the centre manager that refunds are often never processed and if they are, it can take up to months while it should be an instant process. Not only that but my account was suspended while my son was attending childcare although I made an agreement with the centre manager to pay on a specific date as I was in a financial crisis with my card being stolen. I was then unable to send my child to after school care and could not work to pay it off although I was a perfectly reliable customer before that. The organization prioritizes their own selfish needs while not having any compassion for the families. I know this because I was not the only family who suffered; others at the centre my child attended and families from other centres have had similar experiences. Choose a childcare organization that puts the children and the families first. Thank you.

This caused enormous stress and anxiety for families about the immediate needs of their family as well as uncertainty for the school holidays approaching.If you are thinking of using this company for your OHSC program, think again. They didn't even last three months at our school.If I could give them less than no stars, I would.
