This Pharmacy is only about 200 metres from where I live, it's great when you can walk to where you want to access a service/shop etc. I have only ever experienced great service from James and the staff.Here's a pro-tip, if you go into any decent shop anywhere and you're wandering around the store looking like you need help, believe it or not, the chances are that good staff who are only doing what they're paid to do eg. provide service, will approach you and ask if you need any help.I have an idea, it's a simple idea, anyone can do it, if a shop assistant asks if you need any help, just politely say, no thanks, I'm just browsing, 99.9% of the time that works wonderfully. ;)There is only one bad thing about this EastBrooke Medical Centre, they don't Bulk Bill, which seriously sucks when you live so close and have to bypass this clinic and travel a further one kilometre away to go to another clinic that does Bulk Bill, it makes life so much more difficult when your only transport is a Mobility Scooter, it sucks when it's raining, yes I can still easily walk 200 metres, but much further and it gets quite difficult for me. The Pharmacy has nothing to do with their lack of Bulk Billing though of course...

Pharmacists are very nice & helpfull, the assistants however seem to think that they have some right to give their un wanted advice on your purchases.
