VERY RUDE STAFF AND BAD SERVICEI used to love Harry Hartog but disappointingly the service goes downhill.I went there to ask if I could find a binder-like file organiser in store to put the pages that I just printed out in the library. The staff felt very annoyed listening to the question. He interpreted me on the halfway and said “I don’t know”in an unfriendly manner.Very disappointed to see the only bookstore in our uni became like this.

Currently my favourite bookstore - excellent selection of books (not just big, but with great suggestions on the front tables and great selections in the shelves). The store also has a great aesthetic and helpful staff.

Great range of books and quality gift selection. I love the puzzles and novelty items - there are really some lovely ideas if you are stuck for buying a present whethee for adults or children. Also a good range of secondhand books.

I love Harry Hartog.. love their first floor section where you can just go and chill and read a book.The staff is so amazing and kind.Really appreciate it.It's a bit pricey but amazing products.Also, checkout small cute little gifts. They're wonderful.

I really like this store since I was a student. But I just had a bad experience. There is no S size for lab coat on display, so I opened one. It’s too big for me so I decided to go with Xs. I gave it to the shop assistant and said so sorry to him because there was not S there. He’s very mad, and asked me to buy the S. I said sorry it’s too big for me, I did not even try it. He was so rude and said you cannot open it before buy it…I apologise again and said you can put it on display. He did not say anything and just shows his white of his eyes to me. that’s not make sense. Why there is a fittings room there?
