Many thanks to Hao from Taren Point for the exceptional service he has provided to me. I live in South Australia, and I found the exact vanity I wanted to purchase from Reno Kingdom, but found the process of ordering a product from another state to be daunting, as I had never purchased anything on the internet before. However, with Hao's guidance, I was able to achieve this transaction, and despite my many questions and e-mails, Hao answered every query with patience and kindness, plus he has excellent product knowledge. The vanity has not yet arrived in S.A. but Hao has advised me as to the procedure I need to undertake to track its delivery date. Friendly service and good advice in the showroom and warehouse with a lead time of 2 weeks for delivery.Unfortunately a basin broke inside box and replacement took another week.The courier for local delivery was on his own and was not able to unload bath tub. Luckily a couple of tradies we’re still on site and helped to take it off the truck manually. Driver wasn’t too careful and nearly damaged the vanity cupboard by dropping the corner of the stone top onto the box containing the vanity. Pierced the box but luckily no damage done to the vanity. Could be different if box contained a bathtub or another stone top say.Nevertheless overall, very happy with the purchase experience and the quality of the products. Logistics could be improved.

I recently installed a new vanity and a new shaving cabinet for my client, purchased from Renovation Kingdom. Zoe was super helpful over the phone, answering my questions and talking through options with me. Easy ordering. She also was excellent at following up and dealing with my emails promptly and efficiently. The products are well priced but also of good quality well made. A slight holdup waiting for the vanity, but if you plan well and allow a couple of weeks, they will have your item in. Very happy overall with my experience and am keen to use them again if I have client's requiring items that Renovation Kingdom can offer.

My hubby and I entered the show room and same day bought a vanity, customer services was amazing, the girls were very informative and friendly. The delivery service was great too quick and prompt service cannot fault this company. The vanity we bought we love, the quality is there and the price was great too! Highly recommend this business!

Bought ALL items for the renovation of two bathrooms - from the shower screens, bath and toilets down to the toilet roll holders and robe hooks. Very competitive prices and excellent sales advice. I was assisted in choosing items that were readily available. When I had a couple of issues, sales people were quick to swap out items for me and I was issued with refunds for returned items in accordance with the T&Cs. Special thanks goes to Hao who was very patient with me as a first time renovator.
