The ladies at step on up made my shoe shopping experience super easy, especially with two little kids in tow. We were served straight away upon walking in to their gorgeous showroom. My son was sized up and we quickly found a versatile pair of shoes he can wear for lots of different occasions. Given the quality, we definitely got value for money.They have this amazing giant shoe play house for the kids while Mum or Dad are trying on shoes. Highly recommend!

We are so very lucky to be offered the wonderful services of Step On Up Shoes in Warragul. The range of stock and sizes (including shoes for very large feet like mine) is wonderful, the quality is great, but best of all the atentative, patient and personal customer service they offer is amazing. Special thanks to Chris who couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I have never in 41 years of purchasing shoes seen such excellent service. They measure length, width, of both feet, check for growth room, advise on features of the shoe, and have a beautiful clean shop with children’s area and all with a smile. Just go there to see how it should be done!! Thanks guys! Very impressed.

Step on Up
Have always shopped there but never again after today. Left after being ignored half way through being served. Got complaints because they had to go get a second pair of boots (which they didn’t do) rude staff. No customer service. Left feeling like I was the last person in the world they had to deal with
