Pickup order for dinner. Rice over cooked and chips burned. It's really shame to see Nandoos food make that bad. Should not given atleast one star. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed! First time here and the Chicken was dry and tasted burnt and barley any skin on the chicken. Didn't have enough sauce. I asked for extra sauce and no olvies on the Mediterranean salad in the special request note section But didn't even read/ listen to our request. But on a postive note the spicy rice and regular corn with medium sauce on it was perfect. It was quiet inside with 1 couple sitting in and 2 people waiting to collect food so I don't understand what happened for the food to be served like this?

I order my food yesterday at Nando’s. I love Nando’s but recently I have seen lot of issues with customer service and satisfaction. I always come with my family .Mostly I order veg options. Last night we waited more than an hour for our food and when it arrived it was chicken pita instead of veg pita. I told them to replace it.After 5 min they said they cannot replace it as they are busy. I was so disappointed. took the chicken out ate half of the pita because I was so hungry.This is not the first time this happened. couple of time we ordered online they took money and said they cannot give us some of the items which we ordered and they cannot return the Money as we have ordered online and money goes to head office.Sorry you are going to lose your customers like that.

Amazing experience tonight, dinner came out fresh and hot within 15 minutes (despite being busy and slammed with takeaway orders) customer service was great. The young man who delivered our food to our table and the man who took our order both had great customer service, and thanks to the behind the scenes workers who made our food 10/10

Dropped in for takeaway on a Sat, and got some chicken and chips plus a few extra pita breads. The wait was a bit longer than they said, was outside of rush hour (visited around 3pm), and the chicken was a bit more dry (thus less tasty) compared to other Nando's outlets I've visited, but the positive is that everything I ordered was packed including the special orders. Place itself looks clean and inviting, wouldn't mind dining in sometime to see if there's a difference in food taste and texture when consumed on site. There's both indoor and outdoor dining. Free parking available.

Cook made fun of my partners order for having “too many ingredients removed” this was tonight 4/3/23 . Not impressed, pick up time said 4:12 and he didn’t leave until after 4:30. Wouldn’t have minded if there was an apology or someone not making fun of the order!

Ordered online with the Nandos App at 7:15pm for ASAP. The App stated the food would be ready in 20min. On arrival the restaurant was overflowing with people waiting their orders. The team consisted of a Manager and 4 young employees all under 18. I finally was approached by the young man who went and checked on the progress and told me “15-20 mins longer” so I left and returned 20 mins later, I went in and still many of the familiar faces were still waiting and many complaining. The same young man approached me again and went to check the progress. This time he couldn’t find my order, he then returns looking for the number and returns stating “20 mins” I get angry because this meant that he just threw out a ran down time at the beginning. All up it took 90 mins to receive my purchase. I was waiting in the shop for 1 hour and had left children at home wondering where I was. The Manager needs to take accountability these young employees have not been taught how to deal with these situations. Additionally the online ordering needs to reflect more of an accurate waiting time. If the waiting time was longer and I knew I wouldn’t of been upset. So many learning opportunities from this experience. Food was great but unfortunately won’t be coming back because of the service. Moto of the story “Customers pay your wage, don’t get upset when they are frustrated over not receiving the service they paid for”.

This venue struggles to manage orders!!!In the past we have been told there will be 1hour waits because they forgot to cook chicken… you’re a chicken shop?!On our most recent visit, we ordered no problem, staff were nice enough. However it was a very long 45+minute wait for 4 menu items…. A member of our group had to check on our order because we didn’t receive our drink for at least 40 minutes. For the price point and the wait time, the food is so not worth it!Also, I had to watch multiple different groups clear off and clean their own tables which wait staff neglected the whole length of our visit. The tables are left untended to and the dining area is very poorly managed. The food also sits under heat lamps for nearly ten minutes before being delivered to dine in customers, and as for takeaway, I watched several orders just sit incomplete under the heat lamps for nearly twenty minutes?!As someone with experience in hospitality there are some very key elements missing and anyone could tell that this store is not working anywhere near as efficiently or effectively as they should!Overall, so average and disappointing. We wanted a quick and tasty family meal and ended up spending nearly two hours in the cold restaurant:(

Just bought the whole chicken with 2 Large sides. was excited for nando in dinner.. pick up the order from store came home when open the box burnt whole chicken...so disaapointed and sides as if they dont know how to cook sweet potato chips so oily and soggy.. change my mind to not to have Nandos at all.. really disappointed how staff are so irresponsible to let that food gave to the customer.. think as it yourself would you eat that on your special day..

Came into the Marriott water’s restaurant to have a sit down meal. Ordered at 6:45pm then waited an hour and questioned where our food was they responded with a response that was rude and full of attitude. They then said they didn’t have our order. So we then had to stuff around trying to work out if our order was in and waited another 30 minutes for our food to come. The order that came was wrong and other people were served before us that ordered after us. The waiter that bought us our food was very rude and a had a shocking attitude and no customer service skills or people interaction skills. Will never go here again very disappointing
