I’ve been going to Kim for a few occasion and many times it has always been super urgent also for my wedding. She was really busy but still manage to ensure my dress is altered in time with little notice to complete. Very Excellent skills, great service, so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend ! I went to take my dress to get altered.The cup was placed incorrectly. Fine stitch made the dress worse. I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed. I was charged $70. Don't take your gowns to people that don't know what there doing! I'd never use fine stitch ever again!!

Kim is the best. Not only is she sweet and kind as a person, but she knows what she’s doing!! I had to have my wedding dress altered (was made at one of the very popular design houses in Melbourne, but sadly they missed the mark on a few things) and Kim was able to fix it all up and do exactly what I asked for. She also altered all my bridesmaids dresses and I’ve gone to her several times after that for general clothing alterations. I’ll never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

I needed to have some alterations made to a Zimmerman dress I bought for my son's wedding. I was was extremely happy with the result. The fabric was exceptionally fine and I appreciate how tricky it must have been to work with...I highly recommend Fine Stitch for any alterations.

The ladies were very helpful when deciding what part of my (very complicated) dress to alter to fit my body better. They understood exactly what I wanted done and completed it perfectly. You honestly couldn’t tell that it had been altered!Thanks again ladies.

got a pair of heavy duty work pants altered to fit and they did a perfect job! brought in at the waist, thighs and shortened at the ankles - fit like a glove and very good stitch work. i will use this service again in the future.

Kim is very professional at her job. I had an evening dress for alteration and she did a wonderful job. Only went to the shop once to try it on and explained what i wanted to be done and went to pick it up a couple of weeks later. Very happy with the result and the dress came out looking exactly as i imagined it. I 100% recommend going here to get alterations done. Very good and quick service.

Had my bridesmaid dress altered here and the service was fantastic! It was done within a week and the job looked great, you would never guess it had been altered. Very affordable, super friendly service and was able to pay via pay ID which was much appreciated. Would 100% recommend and will return in the future.
