Absolutely fantastic customer service here! I generally feel super anxious when going into pet shops as I feel like I’m bothering people, I don’t feel that way here!I have two Australian cattle dogs and one is a massive power chewer, I love to come here and grab them long lasting treats like goat horns, deer antlers and cow hooves! The price is what keeps me coming back! They’re very fairly priced. Will absolutely be continuing to return here as long as the prices stay as fair as they are!

Worst customer service my partner went in today man behind ignored him , this has happened to me on several occasions , young girl is friendly but older woman and large gentlemen sooooo rude never again and now you accuse me of fat shaming nowhere in this review is fat shaming you really are terrible

I have been buying hay for my Guinea pigs here for almost 2 years. The staff are very friendly and have helped me with some issues that my Guinea pig Frank was facing. I love knowing that they are very educated about the animals, I also love seeing what other animals they have there when I go each time.

The staff tried their best to be helpful, but alas, our search for high quality timothy hay was not fulfilled here. It was the producer's fault, really, nothing to do with the pet shop. But the only timothy hay we saw was powdery and extremely overpriced. Again, it's the supplier's fault, as it's being shipped from North America. Thanks for trying to help though :)And do you have an email? I wasn't able to see one above.

I got some Guinea pig from there and they neglected to tell me that they had mites or that they were pregnant. The Guinea pigs had no water or veggies in their tiny cage that they shared with a RABBIT yes a rabbit that gave my Guinea pig tons of scars all over them. I went back the next day and they had about 60 chicks in a tiny cage in a dark room with no water or heat source it’s a horrible place. I’m never going back there again!

I sometimes have a look in this pet shop and am always concerned for the animal's welfare.Each time I'm there, the staff can barely manage a smile and hardly acknowledge me, which makes me wonder how they treat the animals in their care.The room out the back holds many smaller animals including quails, which are being kept in small wire cages. To my knowledge, quails should not be walking on wire as its obviously not natural and most likely uncomfortable for their feet. The quails always appear distressed and pace the cages. I hope this issue will be fixed asap and the quails recieve a comfortable run/enclosure with foraging tools to keep them occupied, safe and happy.I would not recommend this pet shop and certainly wouldn't buy anything there. However, I hope these issues will be resolved soon.
