When we moved into our new home in April, I contacted your office re changing the gas unit installed, to a solar. Your representative Mr Clinton Beacher came around spot on the agreed time and was most helpful. The unit was subsequently installed on the promised dates with no hitches.Whilst talking to Clinton I mentioned that we were looking at installing Solar panels as well. We had almost decided on going with another company. Clinton mentioned that you also did solar panels that were top of the range and probably dearer than a lot of suppliers. I mentioned the company we were looking at also used top of the range equipment and also were not cheap.The company I was looking at did not keep their appointment or come back to me. I approached Clinton and again he was on time, went through the procedure in plain English so that I could understand. He did not try to talk me into a bigger unit than required. He gave delivery dates of panels etc. and installation date.I accepted the quote he gave me and every thing went according to plan. I spoke to Clinton when paying the account and asked if he could drop in one day when passing and run through how to read the input board. He replied that he would call in today. Amazing service. Can't recommend them enough.

Upon discovering a leak from my hot water service I contacted them, and Aaron promptly attended. He advised me that due to the nature of the leak it was not repairable. I then obtained a quote for a replacement system which I felt was reasonable, and authorised them to proceed. The new system was installed the same day and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. I would be very comfortable to recommend Solahart Fremantle to friends and family.
