Was advised 7-10 days for Working With Children Check WWCC, as Service NSW take the $80 fee, the Check is made by another Government department and they have advised 4 weeks.

I went to this centre for my first driving test (Transferring an overseas diving licence). The testing officer (Danish) was very professional and respectful, in general the instructions were clear and test run smoothly. At the counter (Diane) service was also great, solved very quickly some issues with the system and answered all questions.It is a good centre and area to take the driving test.

This place is the skid mark of RMS centres, from management to driving test instructors...absolutely abysmal customer service and knowledge...feel a little dumber everytime I have an cause to speak with them....best part about Revesby RMS is leaving...

Every time i have to visit this service centre it’s always a horrific experience. I don’t think i’ve ever experienced worse customer service in my life. From being told the wrong information multiple times, to the exorbitant wait times and slowness of the staff, to having to re visit 3-4 times for the same thing i definitely would not recommend and avoid whenever possible. When it comes to Boat or jetski licensing and registration they have NO CLUE. Probably be easier and faster to visit the Bankstown service who at least have better trained staff and more experience handling your queries.

Good and very fast service.I am not sure how and from who they get the authority to order the cabling disconnection of the driving camera when doing your driving test. I have not seen this writen any where. Please explain.

Streamlined process receiving customers helps the flow of people going in. Due to Covid there is a long line outside to keep social distancing inside.I went in for an eye check so I was done in less than 10 minutes. Others getting license and photos taken had a longer wait.

Staff have no idea what they were doing. Got my number called, bloke still chatting with his mate behind computer without evening acknowledging our presence. Rude and unprofessional.

I went into Service NSW for a Notice of disposal and transfer registration and had a smooth and great experience. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Diane for helping me through this process and answering all the questions I had. She was so lovely and helpful, I appreciate the level of service provided, she went above and beyond to assist me and even helped me with the GreenSlip. 10/10 customer service!
