Patrick and the team conduct a wonderful service. I have had the need to use their service more often than I would like, however I have always been pleased with their endeavours and the results.The only downside is that upon exiting via the driveway, you view Tim Watts' ALP block-voting face in a window across the road, so don't eat or you risk losing your food.

Had a fantastic experience with Beaurepairs in Newport last week, when i brought my car in after an accident. They were extremely friendly and whilst they ultimately couldn't fix or diagnose my damage (as it needed to go to a mechanic), they were great at explaining it simply to me and were super helpfull. Would recommend.

Absolute worst, weren’t even open when I turned up for my booking. Try Williamstown Wheels and Tyres instead, much better service and price

So helpful - fast service - even faster than they originally said. And we’re really kind - they made sure to be specific on the problem for my insurance claim and offered their assistance if insurance had any questions. They went above and beyond to help out!

Made a appointment for 4:30pm waited for 4 days for this appointment for a Tyler repair …. On arrival i waited to be acknowledged - I eventually said I have a appointment for 4:30 I was then told it would take 2 hour to repair my tyre, I was shocked as it is only a 30minute job. I said, I have no choice I will have to wait as I have know where to go … he then went out the back & another gentleman came out & asked if I could leave my car over night … seriously? I said no .. you know what they didn’t have time for me & they made it known they needed to shut shop so I left in discussed & headed to this place in Willy. Nothimg was to much trouble these lovely men did my tyre in 20min Pantelis Service Station & Workshop crn Douglas Prd & Yarra street Williamstown … they are now my go to place …… shame on you Beaurepaire .

Had a puncher today and went in hoping they could help me. Guy at front goes… ‘Sorry we booked all day’, could we arrange a later date! What a joke. Give someone a helping hand when in need is definitely not in their moto
