I'm a tenant and forgot to take keys with me one morning when walking the dog. Alert Locks is the emergency locksmith listed on our lease so I gave them a call.They came in 1 hour (just chance that i lived nearby the on-call locksmith at the time) and he quickly unlocked my apartment door.Very friendly and professional service. Happy to pay the service call as I know their quick service is a result of years of training!Thanks team.

Bryce was polite and thorough with his work. Very happy with the finished product.Alert use a system that lets you know when the locksmith is en route so you can get a live ETA - this didn't quite work for us this time around and we would have welcomed a call the day before minimum to advise Alert would be attending.

Frank was very friendly and knowledgeable. He installed our new deadlock quickly and explained how it works before leaving. A really nice and smooth service.Alert Locks also sends you a tracking link for your locksmith when they are coming to your house, which was super helpful during the morning rush.
