easy to apply, good service and fast shipping. Major down side is the product barely lasts! 2 days into the sns dip powder (pack of 6) and they chipped! Day by day there were more cracks and chips which is annoying, I hoped they were going to last for 2 weeks at least! will not be buying again

I wasn't sure what to expect from this nail kit but my wife loves it! The variety of colours and tools make it easy for her to create salon-quality manicures at home. The kit is compact and well-designed, so it doesn't take up too much space in our bathroom. Value for money!!

Bought a polygel kit for $50.The kit arrived with these tiny little nail forms that dont fit my thumb or middle finger.I dont have big fingers my thumb is usually about a size 2 so generic sizes fit.No solution offered just a sorry we dont have other sizes.The website does not mention the sizes being smaller than standard.The polygel does not hold shape it floods the cuticle after about 5-10 seconds so it's unworkable. It has a builder gel consistency.Overall a total disappointment. Do not order here for any form kits if you dont have tiny hands.They dont try to fix any order issues.

Every one of my experiences with So Pretty has been amazing, the shipping is fast and cheap, their products are affordable and of high quality, and their customer service is incredible. I have been ordering from So Pretty for nearly 6 months now and will continue to do so for a very long time I imagine! My favourite service/ products they offer is their monthly subscription pack as well as their beginner packs, which make starting nails either as a hobby or professionally super easy and affordable! xx
