Overall experience not great.First order was cancelled.Finally got my order through and accepted.Staff are not overly helpful and rude.Replies to email could be alot better.Won't be buying anything again from this supplier.Products are what they say they are and am happy with them just a pity the business and staff aren't up to scratch

There a wonderful place to deal with we have brought 2 scooter from them now since they 1st opened, we have ours serviced here as well it’s definitely worth the round trip of 90 km,s our 2nd Scooter has over 13000 km,s on it so far and that’s in around 15 months riding so it does get used extremely well.One photo is of one of the new range Scooters , and 2 photos are of why our scooter was not stopping to well and making a funny noise my son was telling me.

Came in and purchased 3 scooters with two other people and the service was great, the gentleman put the scooters together for us and answered all our questions. Very helpful and surprisingly cheap scooters.Great option for living in Brisbane with the roads becoming busier.

Fantastical reviews but BEWARE.$1800 scooter failing after six months - very low quality scooters. DANGEROUS faults. No refund! See video clips.I ride a few km’s to work each day on a bike path and the scooter is failing spectacularly.When I approached iScoot for a refund, they flatly refused, and only offered another bolt for the second fault.It has cost me $1800, but I have learned NOT to buy scooters from iScoot.
