Love Rebalance - I have been a member for over 2 years and this is the most committed I have ever been to exercise. Love that the classes are never boring and the teachers are great at what they do. Thank you.

Great instructors! The yoga is also really lovely. The only thing to improve on would be more toilets/showers in case you are going to work or somewhere after a class. Really enjoyed the workouts I have done here though and would happily recommend.

Do not recommend. Do not give these guys your number if you go to their classes (which are fairly standard) as they will continue sending spam messages for years despite numerous pleas to stop. I have tried messaging on email, web and social media and they ignore my responses. I have had to make a complaint to the ACMA because it's just ridiculous. Bad business practices and a total violation of my privacy/consent.

I have returned to Rebalance Pilates Stafford and am loving the new studio. Great to see that Kailey is still an instructor. I love the clear instructions given by the instructors. The MindBody App is easy to use and great to book classes through. Feels like I never left.Tina Torpey
