Nice trail to reach this spot, but would advise family with small kids to plan well and carry lots of water if planning to go for this spot especially when it's a hot day. The pool is not very big, but the water is clear. If diving is your thing this is a place to go as you can dive from various heights.

Too far to walk for a water hole just bigger than a pond. This is a pathetic attraction.However. The hidden Aboriginal carvings off the heated track are MUCH more worth the walk.

Lovely walk full of beautiful heath habitat, leading down the the lush Emerald Pools. Easy downhill walk, gentle inclines on the way back up but decent length and took about an hour at a nice pace. Would recommended for a lovely day out in Popran NP

Great pool to swim in. Was slightly ruined by several family and lots of kids running around.I'd recommend the hike via the 248 trail, so turn right at the first junction and return the same way. The mount Olive track is basically a fire trail and not very interesting. Should be doable in 2h each way

After the water in the pond/Pool, the stream keeps flowing down further down the mountain, to a smaller pond further downstream, until it flows over a waterfall that is too steep to scale.

Great walk, pool was beautiful, area was left clean by other walkers and swimmers. Well sign posted.

Nice walk down to the pools. Tracks mainly on management trail. Didn't get in the water but would be nice to cool off on a hot day.
