Great customer service!! Staff were very helpful and attentive on floor when I needed help finding something. They were also very informative and helped me find the best suited product for me

David (Pharmacist) and his team always go above and beyond in helping me. They couldn't be more friendly or approachable. Despite the pressures of COVID, they always have time for you. The go too Pharmacy for me and my family.

Great service and pricing. They pay special attention to my mother who travels from Auburn to get ger scripts filled, shop for retail and OTC items and for the advice. The pharmacists and the front of shop team are all highly professional and care for the customer.

The four stars is for the amazing customer service. I would've given this chemist five stars, but I didn't. It is because everything is overpriced and understand the pharmacy is independently owned. However, there should be some leeway to justify their pricing. There are plenty of pharmacy stores, so the choice is yours as a customer in how much money you are willing to pay.

Every bad customer service and rude staff members. I purchased a thermometer from this pharmacy, that looked like it was good quality. After I purchased it and used it on different people it gave me an error message, I turned it off and then back on it still gave me the error message. When I when to the pharmacy after 1 hour of purchasing the product they told me that I am was lying and it was working. After a long argument with the staff they told me that they will send it the the company and they will give me a new one. After a week they contacted me stating that the thermometer is ready to be picked up. I spoke with the owner of the pharmacy because the same issue occurred after it came back from the company and it also wasn't replaced. The owner wasn't at all respectful and very rude.

Fantastic pharmacy, staff are very knowledgeable. Thank you to one of the pharmacists (merna) who was so kind and patient and thorough about checking my medications esp whilst I was pregnant. The owner David is so welcoming and their prices are very competitive. Will def be back.

I went there on Monday the 15th of August just after 3pm and I had the cashier scream at me to leave because I have a dog" I attempted to reducate her on Guide dog etiquette but she was having none of it luckily she asked for manager to come

I can't say enough about the professionalism and customer service from the team at Barone. They're always striving to make Barone even better. They provide an incredibly important service to the locals and they always have whatever we need. Thank you guys! Keep up the incredible service.
