Coles Morwell

Never had an issue with anything, except with finding a parking space during holiday periods. Other that that, great store

I wpuld like to say 5 stars however the international food section is lack lustre at best and the restock times are dismal. That being said the staff are always friendly and always helpful. The car park and taxi rink right out the front are always filled with empty trolleys. If Coles morwell increased their ranges of international cuisine I would give it 5 stars

Supply is sometimes low, but overall a good place to shop

Im not really keen with the parking space below it. Its really wet in winter and its really creepy like its yryna hide the sunlight with big corporations but other than that, its a really good place but it has no prime compared to woollies. The local shops like the fish shop and the dog groomers give that side a better feeling

after finishing my shop i went to go and pay at the registers and was confronted with a very difficult customer. I felt really bad for that poor girl on the register who had to deal with the rudeness of this awful customer. The girl on the register handled herself really well in the difficult situation and it’s unfair that staff at this establishment have to experience rudeness in the workplace like what i just witnessed. The customer was rude the whole time i was there she sighed as the generous worker packed her bags beautifully and she was barking orders like a dog. Its really unfair that customers like this still exist if i was the worker i would’ve smacked her silly. Thankyou to the coles workers for always being friendly and efficient and i hope you never have to deal with customers like those ever again.

I ordered click and collect. I was notified that order was ready to collect.My husband went to pick it up.After a FORTY MINUTE wait he finally received it with no apologies from the staff whatsoever and they even seemed annoyed. Disgusting service. Going back to Woolworths.

This store is so good, l always spend more than l should. LOL.

Helpful staff, although it can be a bit of a wait on occasion for someone to be available to bring my shopping to the car. Nevertheless l am grateful to them for assisting me in this way
