Care Park Public Car Park

One of the few decent car parks in Melbourne,l. Its not too narrow as other car parks so driving up and finding a spot isn't too hard or scary. Proper lighting and a working lift. Right opposite (other side of the river) the Melbourne convention and exhibition Centre, making it a good spot to park for exhibitions, visiting the DFO, the Polly Woodsite or even a quick walk to the casino.

Rates were okay… saw some guys flashing lights on cars, its not a closed parking space, very open to people checking your car.

Literally zero parks for early bird. Need to reserve a spot to be able to park here.

Worst car park ever! Every family that came to see the drone show (which was cancelled by the way!) were trying to leave the car with one exit all at the same time. Nearly every car that pulled up at the boom gate had trouble getting it to work, possibly because by the time they got to it, it had been 30-40 minutes since they paid at ticket machine. Will not park here ever again!

Terrible car park. charged us three times and when called intercom for help they said the money will revert back in bank in next 24hours but still haven't got my money back, even no response to my email, takes ages to come out from the parking exit, worst car park ever. Be aware people. Wish i can rate 0" Stars."

Easy to find parking area but parking ticket machine is a nightmare. Be prepared to use coins. I used credit card to pay for the parking and was charged twice without my knowledge. Getting the refund is another continuous nightmare. Fill in forms and wait forever to get it back. Better look for another parking area if you plan to visit the quay

Great and secure, over night parking was $28

The machine charged my card twice within the same minute. Called the number and they told me oh we’re so sorry but our office is closed so we can’t help you with a refund atm. Call back on Monday. I called back, told me to fill in a form, did that. Send photos. Now they refuse my refund claim because they say they can’t prove that I haven’t used the ticket. Why would I need two tickets for the 1 car that I have for the same period of time? Better yet, how was it even possible for me to press the buttons on the machine, and put in my card and wait for the ticket to come out, and repeat said process all within the SAME MINUTE?!?!? This is just a joke.

Tap your Credit card (Apple Pay) on the way in and way out …YEAH RIGHT!!!It didn’t tap on the way out.There was nothing wrong with my phone or service (data).Called intercom and I was texted bank account details that I had to do a bank transfer into. Then I had to send a photo of proof of transfer. Too difficult! I had cars waiting behind me. Lucky I was tech savvy. Imagine my mum doing this?? No way. Bad service. Park in the well maintained and serviced high rise car park at the shopping centre if you’re staying a short time.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!

No stars at all if I could. They only take credit card, no debit, cash or AMEX. I parked here the other night and was locked in. They wanted their $12 though regardless of the fact that I was standing in the rain in a dark and deserted car park and I didn't have a credit card with me. They were telling me I couldn't leave until I paid. I had to call home to get someone to put the money into the car park's account. They could have taken my rego, and then let me pay a day after. I cannot believe my night. I will not be parking there again and have told friends who work nearby to go elsewhere.
