Enjoyed the beer battered fish and chips and my wife had the parmigiana which she also rated well. Lovely view and a nice ambience

Terrible experience ! The whole table got their food and an hour later 2 meals arrived. Asked multiple times how far the food was and was told 5 mins for 45 mins. The manager (if you’d refer to her as one ) had every excuse under the sun , all of them our fault. Then she blamed the fact there was no leadership in the kitchen??? … zero accountability , zero responsibility, and outright rude!! Horrible service, and especially this “manager” rude and obnoxious … Take your business elsewhere on the island to a local establishment that deserves it.

Bit of a lucky dip with this place, food can sometimes come out at a normal pace but occasionally you will be waiting 1 hour+ for food to arrive. The staff are generally helpful but yet again sometimes aren't the most welcoming. The food is good but not amazing, but there is a good range of options catering to different intolerances.

Firstly who doesn’t love a beer with a view and the view isn’t that bad.We arrived at 12.30 on a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. Had to wait a few minutes for a table to become available and when it did become available we had to clear the last guest dishes. The group next to us also had to clear the previous guests dishes. They could do with more staff on the floor removing used dishes in the busy times.By 3pm it had quieted down a lot.Food was average.Parking can be a problem too in peak times.

Great food. I can't rate the service because no waiter served me. I got my own water, drinks and food. You must order at the counter and you'll receive a tag that vibrated when your food it ready. Then you pick it up and the same for the drinks. However I saw waiters bringing water to other customers and interacting. View is great and so is the environment. Nice breeze and great music. Would recommend it.

We made a complaint about the wait for part of our table; the server was very accomodating and friendly however, the manager walked down and was extremely rude and confrontational. Her exact remark was ‘you’re lucky you got your food’ before walking away laughing. Have never experienced such unprofessional and disturbing customer service. Would not recommend, their are other places on the island with very accomodating and friendly service.

Wonderful outdoor seating options. My group ordered a burger, Thai salads, and a schnitzel. All the food was good. The views were spectacular.

Went there midweek for lunch with friends.They got my order wrong by leaving one of the dishes out.Put Wasabi on the side of my steak instead of with the nachos where it belonged.The nachos were pretty ordinary.We had a nice few of the ocean.Service was pretty ordinary as well...My steak was cooked how I wanted it and was nice.

I had dinner here on Saturday night and the food was unimpressive. I paid $48 for the Moreton Bay Bug special and it was bland tasting and rubbery. I wish I could have asked for my money back. My partner had the seafood pasta which was also low quality. We thought the seafood would be cooked well since we were on an island. We were told there was no room in the restaurant area so we sat at the outside tables which had pretty much no light so we couldn't see our other guests. We could see a lot of available tables in the restaurant. I usually don't complain but I had to make an exception with all this because we are Stradbroke regulars and the quality of this place should be better.

Don’t waste your money. Staff are rude and the manager leads by example… rude and obnoxious and thinks she owns the island. Food takes forever , food was cold and when a complaint was made she laughed and vilified patrons. Would never eat here again and upper management really need to hire a true manager … not some Karen who attacks every customer … judging by the recent reviews over the last months it seems she has a pattern …. Disgusting
