I purchased my NCM Milano Plus 18 months ago from Leon Cycles Richmond. I have travelled over 11,000 kms. Today the boys at Richmond have installed new tyres plus a service. Got a Prague, it is way better than I was expecting. The bike flies up & down hills, good Shimano components for the price.Also the staff experience was exceptional.

i think i wrote this a long time ago i had them fix the tires but my brakes came off and they didn't take responsibility because they said i dropped it myself but do you think it's weird that i cycled until the tires leaked but The brakes didn't come off until when I went to this shop for repairs, my tires didn't leak, but my brakes came off instead, And I have to plead for you guys to fix it even though I already paid, if you are Asian please be careful of this shop because they will not take any responsibility if you don't take this to court.
