Five Star Car Rentals - Brisbane Airport

Daniel and his team were first class with their service, going the extra mile to pick myself and my two children up from Brisbane Airport in our allocated hire car with the car seats already installed. The hire price was very competitive and as stated, no extra charges or hidden insurance arrangements. I am happy to recommend them and will be returning on our next trip to Brisbane.

I would give a 10 star review if I could. Superb professional service and extremely kind and understanding team. We used their services twice last month. The first time was when we arrived late into Brisbane so stayed over in a airport hotel, they came to pick us up the next day to their rental place to pick up the car, saving us the trouble of looking for a taxi or Uber. On the day of the car return, we were off on a cruise and they offered to drop us to the cruise terminal. We just had to rock up to the rental office and their staff (lovely Angela) popped into the car and just drove us right to the terminal. We had two elderly parents and a toddler travelling together so that just made things so so so much easier. The second time we used their service was when our cruise docked back into Brisbane later than scheduled and we missed our flight. Had to stay in Brisbane another 3 extra days. We contacted them after hours (while still on the ship) via Messenger and Whatsapp as there wasn't a landline option to call them via satellite wifi, to our delight they were very fast in responding, took our request for a car and found us a similar car even though it was after hours and with only hours of notice. The very last cherry on top with Five Star Car Rentals' service was the day we departed (international flight), we had to be at the airport by 730am. Their normal opening hours are normally from 8am but for us they scheduled a staff to start at 7am. And same deal, we drove up to their office, a staff pops into the car and drove us straight to the airport. How can you not give a 10 star rating for a service like that plus all the staff were extremely friendly, and caring. I really need to give a shout out to Angela who really went above and beyond in treating us with such kindness and empathy, not only accommodating our requests and schedules, she even helped us with loading our luggage into the car!That said, highly highly recommending this car rental. Cars are super clean, well serviced and at a very reasonable price! They have baby car seats and GPS available upon request.Thank you again Five Star Car Rentals!

They have a vested interest keeping their service 5 stars because it's in their name! We had nothing BUT 5 star service from Angela in Brisbane. She was proactive in contacting me before we landed in Australia and confirming the pickup time along with instructions on where to find her when she arrived.She was very patient with me as I was in a bit of a tizzy going through customs and losing my partner somewhere in the mix but she was calm and collected and showed up quickly to pick us up.She was also kind enough to offer to get us a taxi or uber ride to the airport going back home as we were going to be fairly early to drop off the car. But she showed up at work soon after we arrived and took us to get petrol at the station on the way to the airport. Be aware that if you planned on getting fuel before dropping off the car to find the station well before as the closest one was 9 minutes away from the office.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and their rates were about half of what others were charging. I love seeing businesses go above and beyond as it's not that common nowadays. So well done, Five Star!! I will put your name forward to anyone I know going to Queensland.

I got less than 24 hours to arrive in Brisbane, and I felt like I was a headless chicken searching on the internet about reliable car hire companies in Brisbane. I’ve dealt with major companies before, but never really had a good experience with the previous bookings, then fortunately; I found Five Star Car Rentals on Google and was immediately hooked by the price, fleet and especially the good reviews left by their happy clients.Five Star Car Rentals totally exceeded my expectations as a solo traveler. I phoned Angela, and she was very helpful. Angela then picked me up at the airport and was very friendly. Informed me the do’s and don’t about the car and etc.I returned the car, and got dropped off by Tony (Angela’s husband). The trip ended with a happy smile as it was such a pleasant experience with Five Star Car Rental.From now on, I will book with Five Star.Five Star Indeed!

Great family owned Car rental Business in Brisbane and Gold Coast. Breathe of Fresh Air compared to other big names in car rental business. Value for money rental price; no hidden costs. Very nice and friendly service, well maintained and clean cars. Easy to deal with and proactive in communications. They called me and told me that no one would be in the office when I was supposed to return the car. Then they arranged an Uber for me since it was after business hours. I think normally they have a shuttle to and from the airport, although they are in Eagle Farm, about 15 mins from the Brisbane airport. Whenever I am in Brisbane / Gold Coast and need a car, I will always go to Five Star Car rentals !

Really great customer service. You pay what you see, no hidden fees or anything. I have to say this was my best rental experience. The car was really clean and reliable. The reviews here and their name don't lie; they are actually five stars! If we ever go back to Brisbane , we'll definitely rent from them again.Edit: Well we went back to Brisbane for a few days and rented a car from Five Star again. Everything was perfect just like the last time. The airport transfer was really helpful. Once again, thank you for the great experience!

This was a third party company for us to drop our hired van back too from travelling the east coast. However the customer service was outstanding would highly recommend to hire vehicles from themselves as well. Was very helpful in a time of need. Thank you five star amazing.

We recently used Five Star Car Rentals for our long-awaited Australia (Brisbane) visit. From setting up a contactless pickup (we landed after hours), to providing a clean & well-priced vehicle and finally to the drop-off / bringing us back to the airport, Daniel and his team at Five Star were first-rate!There were no complaints and only kudos for this rental/car hire experience.
