Just had an awesome experience. Called late yesterday to get an appointment before Christmas. Got one quickly! And the lovely girl who cut my hair did such an amazing job I made sure to give her a tip!!!!Thanks for an awesome experience. It really made my week, that been very stressful so much better!

Had my hair cut with Vanessa, she did an amazing job and was so friendly. What a great experience, definitely going back to this salon!

I don’t feel good ever leaving a review of this nature, so I gave a +1 star because hopefully this isn’t a common occurrence. A week post cut and still not impressed with my horrible hair cut. Without going into full detail I’m left with a cut that includes large chunks of hair being removed, at a dismal attempt of layering. Returned following day to for it to blamed on my request for it being thinned out (not the case, never had layers before, always had thinned out). Will have to patiently wait for it to grow out, though not permanent, it is going to take a rather large amount of time for all my hair to be equal length (years maybe). Update: Never heard back from them - even though I shared how absolutely upset I was.

Booked an appointment a week early and was called 30 minutes before the appointment to advise that they coudlt do it. Booked agaun for the following week, I called to confirm booking and discuss details, how long, price.Dropped my wife off at 8:30 only to get a call 30 mins later that they couldnt colour her hair because apparently I had told the person on the phone that she wanted a dark colour. They told me they were too busy to do anything but a dark colour as they had back to back.Obviously our time means nothing to these people after they screwed up a day last week, and now another morning screwed up. I absoloutely did not advise anybody in the salin what colour my wife wanted her hair to be coloured. The exact question I was asked was what colour is her hair to which i replied dark, and long.What I fail to understand is how they can so easily refuse someone service who has already been rescheduled, turned up for the appointment, and what they want is not that much different from what they claim I said to them, which I absoloutley know I didnt, I dont think there are too many husbands who are going to advise what colour their wife wants.And if there was a communication error over the phone, how can the person with years of experience as a Hairdresser not work out there was something wrong from the conversastion. I even stated that maybe we should allow an extra hour there as it normally takes longer than 2 hours.Too much talking, not enough listening, and then rudeness to both myself and my wife when the problem was discovered.

Suuuuper happy, don’t trust a lot of people with my hair but felt very safe in Justine’s hands. She asked heaps of questions and made sure it was done exactly how I wanted it, and was also able to recommend some great products in regards to questions I had. Will definitely be coming back!

The girls at the salon are very professional and knowledgeable about the products they use.They are friendly and make you feel welcome. Justine has done a fantastic job of colouring my hair today with Bethany finishing it off.Thanks girls see you in 8 weeks.

Went in here for a cut rescue after a barber did me so dirty I couldn't even do a crew cut to save it. They sorted me out on the spot and charged me minimum. Super friendly, I'll be back for sure.

I took my step daughter to Justine for a wash and trim. She did an amazing job!!. The staff at the salon are always very welcoming and friendly. You get great value for the service.

The hairdressers here were so friendly! I was worried they'd judge my box dye and diy haircut but they were honestly so lovely and down to earth. They did a fantastic job at an affordable price. I'll definitely be back!
