Dan has been the most supportive building and pest inspector we have ever worked with. He values the relationship and ethically and honestly works with his clients to provide an excellent service. He draws on his experience of formely being on the tools sharing his knowledge to support his clients. Dan took the time to explain to us deficiencies of the property had and also guided us to the right sources to be able to remedy. His willingness to re-review post remedy while maintaining his own professional integrity and standards was very much appreciated.

I came across Dan's Cosmic Consulting report when I was looking to purchase property in Brisbane. I've seen probable 10 different reports from 10 different companies and only Cosmic Consulting report stand out. Such a clean, easy to read report with lot's of detailed pictures.Dan also prepared report for my property and again he delivered extremely detailed report in 5hours after inspection, amazing!!!Highly recommended

Cosmic Consulting provides a great professional experience for building and pest inspection. A great customer journey starts at the website with automatic booking and invoicing system. I didn't had to wait for days for the inspection and was happy to get the inspection done within 24 hours window and obtained my detailed report the same day.
