Clark Rubber Dubbo

Walked into the store this morning, greeted by Ray with a welcoming smile and a good morning how are you both, purchased the item we wanted, Ray explained the warranty etc . Carried item out to our ute. We could not fault his care of us. Maybe the complaints are not all Rays fault, just saying.

So interesting to read such terrible comments about the owner! I pre ordered some matting that came in damaged and he was going to give a discount to me, however then proceeded to argue with me about the discount and how he wouldn't give me a refund and if I didn't like it bad luck. He became very hot headed and aggressive! What terrible customer service from the owner which seems to be a regular issue.

We have been customers of Dubbo Clark Rubber for a number of years. Ray & his team have always provided outstanding customer service & assisted us with all of our pool requirements. Nothing is ever a problem & just this week his team repaired our pool light at short notice. Thanks Ray & team!

Wonderful customer service from store owner Ray, we weren't quite sure how much carpet we needed so we went home and measured our dimensions and called the store, Ray then cut our carpet and even delivered it to our house when he finished work. Never in all the stores I have shopped in have I experienced this level of customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS... I would really love to give 0 stars 1 is to much. I was horrified by the abusive attitude of the owner/manager (Ray White). I went in there with my mother and daughter to speak to them about a pool pump not working, the young staff member was very friendly and I was explaining that there pump did not work no suction etc. Ray then came over and said that it was not a pump it was just there to circulate the water. I then explained that it was not doing that but he was stand offish with me and tried to make excuses and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. He was dismissive and degrading and his behaviour towards a customer was disgusting. Such a bad look for Clark Rubber to have a creep like this representing the business. I will never go back and tell everyone I know my horrendous experience. Get out of the customer service business Ray, you have none.

After procrastinating on many of my projects, I finally went back into Clark Rubber and they helped me find the best solutions for which didn't break the bank and made it possible to tick a few of my projects of the list. Could not fault the patience and understanding. il be back for sure.

One of the worst customer experiences I have in a retail store!Purchased a roll of pre-cut rubber with 5 mtrs written on it.When doing the job, rolled out and it was 3. 6 approx.When in store and was called a liar to my face and then told to leave when trying to explain.Even had my client who witnessed me opening package ring up and was afforded the same treatment of being hung up on.Stay away from this place !

Would have given 5 stars yesterday. Not today. Yesterday I purchased a roll of pre-cut off cut Ute rubber. It was sitting on the floor pre wrapped with a tag inside. Bought at a sight discount. The guys were awesome. Unfortunately it was too small. Today not a chance of a refund to buy a bigger piece. Manager stating it was non refundable that’s why I got a discount. Would have been a fair call if I was informed of such OR I had it cut to my specifications and was totally my fault. Nope not a chance stating “we will go round and round in circles with this”.Very rude, non accommodating. I’ll buy and other piece to finish my job elsewhere!

I have been to Clark Rubber for the last 3-4 years as an owner of a pool and before we owned a pool. We have found Ray and his staff to be knowledge, helpful and always accommodating. Now that I own a pool the service from testing of water in the shop to the service of the pool maintenance to be second to none.Thank you, Ray & the team, at Clark Rubber for your service & knowledge.

Terrible customer service from store manager Ray. Over charged me for a product and when I question the price on the shelf he didn't even check. I paid for the item and check the price and I was right then he rudely refunded the didderence no apology nothing.
