I usually go to get coffee and other bits and pieces at roughly 1.30am and Nicole is usually working.Nicole is absolutely fantastic, she makes excellent coffee, always is friendly asks how I'm doing and is always helpful, I've seen her treat anybody else who comes at the same time the same as I, she is just a lovely person.

Friendly staff and always open to come inside the store overnight. coffee is always great.my favourite place to stop on the way into work.

The price of fuel is a little rich. that is the only issue I have about this store

After a big afternoon at Ikea, coffee was required. The lovely young man at the console made the best mocha I have ever tasted! My friend's hot chocolate was equally delightful, as was the other mocha we got. So glad we chose here over Starbucks!

Very disappointing and inefficient customer service. I believe the team member should be spoken to regarding this issue. I walked over to the front counter to wait in line to pay for my petrol, behind just one person. Once he had paid for his items, I was next in line. Instead, the team member decided to call for any coffee orders to be taken at the same front counter, allowing them to cut in front of me and take an extremely long coffee order instead of efficiently allowing me to pay for my petrol which takes under 10 seconds with a simple tap of the eftpos machine. I had to be very patient. Not only was I cut in front of, but the customer service lady then justified doing so by saying ‘but they were before you in the line’. Well then create a line then. There wasn’t any line. There must be a change in system because this isn’t right.

There have been many times that they were rude as same like today. If you dont know how to make a coffe then do something else please. If you dont have any customer, please give priority to the order which you receive through bp app. We order coffee through app but was not made when we reached. There was no customer. My wife called them after that and they disconnected the call.wow.good on you.And the coffee was not the exact what we ordered. Gonna delete the bp app. There is no use of it. The tall guy who makes the coffee over there sometimes, he makes good coffee more than anyone else. His customer service is way more better than you guys. Learn something from him. Thankyou

The two white ladies at the counter racially profile. Chatty and googly eyed at white tradies, but don't bother greeting the Asian customers, neither a thank-you or offer a receipt. Just appalling. In this day and age really? This place should be investigated for racism.
