Inner Wellness Osteopathy and Pilates
Lyndsay is such a superb osteopath. I have had such awful neck pain for the past three weeks and she fixed me in one 35 minute session. Lyndsay really knows her job inside and out and it shows. I saw her right after my second daughter was born and she really helped with my post-pregnancy recovery. I strongly recommend all post-partum mums go for a session.

OH WOW! I am so happy to have found this incredible clinic of amazing practitioners! I saw Jacqui and she totally helped me realign my back and hips that were completed out of whack!We recently moved up to Sunshine coast from Melbourne and so I feel so happy to have found this brilliant practice!!

Lyndsay has always been great having treated me for pregnancy related and back pain. She has been thorough and knowledgeable as well as friendly and effective. I've also brought my child and bub for treatment and am really happy with her services.

Inner Wellness Osteopathy and Pilates
Lyndsay has been treating me for Osteo for the past few months. The difference I’ve felt in my body has been amazing - including injury treatment and prevention. I’ve also started Pilates with her and the classes are great - challenging whilst still safe and an amazing total body workout. Highly recommend. Great little vibe at the studio with delicious coffee at Rock Hop next door.
