Had an appointment booked to get a booster vaccine as it has been more than 4 months since my last one. Called me 30 mins before telling me I wasn't eligible even though I am. Luckily I know the regulations so got my booster elsewhere, but is very unprofessional and unethical to be lying to patients about their eligibility.
