Pranav from the Patel's Property Care is sort of a legend. A man of word. We were given a Breach notice by our Real estate agent during one of the inspections. We looked for many other bond cleaners in the market who quoted really high price for some basic bond cleaning. That's when I came across Patels Property care who are a family owned Business and are a well known name in the Darwin. I have learned that they have recently moved to the Gold Coast and are looking to penetrate into the Goldcoast market.Pranav from the Patels Property care has not only offered me a surprisingly reasonable price but also completed my bond clean in a great detail. Need less to say that our real estate agents were really impressed with the bond clean and we were able to receive our complete bond money back. Patel's property care were great when we were stuck without a Bond clean as the people that were supposed to be there were involved in a accident and couldn't do it.Patel was great got in there and helped us out. Very grateful and very professional and it was a big property. Thankyou.

Had my first clean today and was really pleased the house was sparking and smelt amazing. Have booked for a weekly clean to keep on top of not just the general clean but fans skirting boards tracks etc. would highly recommend.
