Meg has cleaned my house a few times now and has been an absolute delight. She helped me problem solve tricky things I was having trouble with, like caked on stove grime, as well as doing a good, quick, general clean. So nice to come home to a clean house during busy periods and gave me time to do other jobs. She is a great communicator and punctual. Really made a huge difference to my life.

Really disappointed with the services I contacted north eastern for a cleaning job we booked in a day and then it was cancelled because they got an emergency cleaning job and then when we attempted to plan another day I got no response to my message and when I finally got a reply I was told that there were fully booked for the month which is really disappointing because if I was told sooner I could of found someone else to come and complete the job
