I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. I ordered tiles well in advance of the date that my tiler was booked, and communicated that date clearly to the company on numerous occasions - both in writing and over the phone. On all occasions, I was assured that my tiles would be dispatched in time and that there would be absolutely no issues. Two days before my tiler is due to start work, I finally receive tracking details which indicate that my tiles will not be delivered on time. Apparently there is now “nothing that they can do”, despite the fact that they knew the required date all along and it was within their control to ensure my tiles were delivered on time.The whole process has been beyond frustrating. My emails have repeatedly gone unanswered, and when I’ve called, I’ve either been reassured (falsely) or told they would investigate and call me back - which they never do.Please save yourself the stress and order from a more reliable company.

One star is still too many, like most other reviews on here, I am yet to even receive the product that I have paid for. Every time you call, you'll receive a different story. I've been told they were sent, then told that they were delivered (definitely weren't) then in the same breath told they were lost in transit, then told they're being dispatched but still no one can provide me any tracking. more than 50 unanswered phone calls, unanswered emails and empty promises of calls back.This is now put our renovations at a halt and is costing us thousands.I received my samples in record time and loved them, thinking what a great experience I had with those, that surely purchasing and delivering of tiles will be just as easy.I've never experienced such poor communication and blatant lack of customer service, and hope to never again.Don't make our mistake. save your money and purchase from a different, reputable store.Updated to add we finally gave up and asked for a refund which was surprisingly completed this week.

I had a really horrible experience with my purchase, making numerous attempts at contacting Stuart and his team with no answers as to where my product was after 6 weeks. I was told I would be contacted when in fact It wouldn't happen. I was told many times there were delays, but even had a tracking number generated with no action on that. Overall I am grateful I purchased through PayPal and was able to receive a full refund. I still have no idea where the product ever was and if it in fact existed and would ever be sent. I never received any specifics about this. I had other customers make contact with me in the same position because of my social media posts, it was a very disheartening experience overall for many people. I would also encourage others to look further down the review list of positive complements as I strongly believe many of them have a strong conflict of interest with the business owner to provide such a review.

My god. If I knew ordering a box of tiles would be so hard from this company we would’ve gone elsewhere! Some kitchen tiles with little to no communication about where they were. Had us chasing them for an eta constantly with promised delivery days with still no tiles. I can’t tell you how many times we called/emailed asking where they were after the 8 working days promised for these tiles. We’ve now hit maybe 4 weeks for 5sqm of tiles.Beautiful showroom, nice website but shocking customer service. If you have a build and need tiles on a deadline we strongly recommend going elsewhere!! Such a disappointment!!

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. I wouldn’t mind if the tiles were delayed if they weren’t in stock or they actually told the truth. Numerous phone calls and emails and either told they will call me back when they can give me a definite answer, (they don’t call back) or told that they will definitely be sent out the next day. I would never recommend ever purchasing anything from this company. Paid a premium for shipping and still haven’t received them. Edited to add. - Have finally received them almost 4 weeks after ordering the tiles that were in stock, not on back order. Paid almost as much for the shipping as the cost of the tiles as was told they needed to be shipped on a pallet to make sure they would not be damaged. One box almost all the tiles were broken. The other boxes had either some broken or chipped tiles. Even ordering an excess in case of breakages I still wont have enough tiles to complete the project as so many are broken. Have ordered tiles from other companies previously and never had such bad service and so many damaged tiles.

We ordered our tiles online on the 29/5, almost 5 weeks ago now and still haven’t received any kind of shipping confirmation or contact from this company about when our tiles will be sent to us. We have since called over 40+ times and no one answers.On ONE occasion, someone finally picked the phone up, and we were told “someone will call you back and update you”…. No one did, and no one has since returned our multiple attempt to call and get through to them. We have reached out to their instagram, no one replies… we have emailed multiple times now, no one answers.Wish we had also read the other negative reviews before we purchased as well, as it seems this is now the common service you receive from this company. I don’t normally write reviews like this, but hopefully it helps stop someone else from purchasing here and receiving the same service (well complete lack of service). We are now being set back on our tiling schedule, and have NO IDEA, whatsoever if our tiles are even going to arrive at all??We see they just posted on instagram that they are now “moving”, and have turned off the comments on that post… are they moving? Or will we never see our order and this is them closing down?Take MASSIVE caution when purchasing from this company. So far, they’ve been happy to take our money, and completely ignore us. Time to contact ACCC.(In case they finally take the time to reply to us here, we have checked our junk mail, and we don’t have any shipping confirmation from you, we also have no returned calls from you, so please don’t attempt to cover your lack of service with a response here telling us you’ve tried in anyway to resolve this issue)

Very disappointed. After many years of renovations, building and owning my own company in the industry, I have never had such disappointing customer service. No updates on my order, no apologies, no we will keep you in the loop as I have builders and tilers waiting to do their job also.I have called and email to no answers. I finally called and got an answer one day with the promise of a call back that day. I had to call back just before close to get the details to which I was told “oh sorry I was just about to call you, but let me go bother the staff (yes bother was used) to find out when you order is getting sent.” I got told the following week. I’m still waiting.” It’s been over 3 weeks since placing the order & no product or contact from the company. I am having to move trades, we also live in the dwelling and it’s pushing other renovations back. It really is horrible service.(Little update 2 weeks after I made the initial review. Still no tiles. Finally an email response stating they would be sent and were booked in for delivery the day after I made this review, no tiles arrived. It’s been two weeks of making a call every few days for an ETA update, and I’ve been told every time they are getting sent the following day or they will call me back with an update. I’ve received nothing. I’ve now requested a refund through PayPal.)Im easy going, if they told me there was a warehouse delay that’s all good these things happen, but this isn’t the case it’s always been false promise of delivery so I’ve had the trades booked in accordingly and it’s been a constant hassle moving trades and delays.

Happy wife, happy life!My wife is in love with the tiles from this company as they are unique and affordable.The staff there were helpful, even when busy and understaffed. The interior designer, Michelle, was incredibly helpful and made sure we got the bathroom we envisioned.Delivering tiles nationally is already a hard job but these guys killed it! Highly reccomend!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. We placed a very large order with them and have not received all the items. I have emailed, called, emailed and called multiple times a week to the point of hounding them and I only receive the same line every time - your order will arrive this week - it has been TWO months!! We have builders waiting onsite for tiles that have never been delivered. They were very lovely at the start and promise that the order is coming but it’s the same old story and it never arrives. Customer service is atrocious as they will not call you back, they do not pick up their phone and they will not reply to emails unless you hound them - then the answer is it will arrive this week and guess what it never does. I’m very saddened by this company as I would expect them to just be honest and say we cannot supply your order and we will refund the payment. If you cannot supply the least you can do is pay back the thousands we have paid. I am still expecting a call and a refund let’s see if this happens. Do not order from them as you will not receive your order.I just read your reply Stuart and I think you are indeed being very deceptive. We did receive the cabinet which was meant to take the longest to arrive. This arrived and our bath plugs. Yet we have not received 14 boxes of tiles, a shaving cabinet, three heated towel rails and a sink which you promised again yourself would arrived last Wednesday/Thursday and they never did. I do not trust what you say because every week you say they will arrive and they don’t. Every week you say we will get a call or email back and we don’t we have to keep contacting you. So I do not think I’m being the deceptive one here!! I think the least you can do is provide the couriers contact so we can speak to them as to where the delivery is and if you can’t provide this then I would like a refund for these products please as all that has happened is our build is held up each week and we are paying for trades who cannot complete the job as they have no tiles or fittings.
