DSB Property Management

I spoke to Diane Saturday about a property I saw advertised. I asked to view the property. She told me the tenant was still living there, which was fine she asked me to register which I had. She asks me a few questions, I told her we had a cat. She said no cats. I said it says pets allowed she said NO! NO cats allowed I didn't want to argue with her but was confused as to why she was saying no pets when it clearly says pets allowed, she said that Google had stolen the ad, my suggestion was maybe report it as it was false advertising, she was so rude, we had friends around and they could hear her ranting over the top of me. So, I just hung up. She then texts me telling me that she was going to blacklist me. I then told her I would be taking legal action. She ranted on with a few more text messages then said she was blocking me. I thought that was done. I woke this morning to an email from her. This woman is out of her mind. I will be taking this further with her communication to me in writing. And we would never rent from her. Good tenants are hard to find being a previous owner myself. We have excellent references and she judge us on something we were only going by an ad she could have calmly explained but for some reason yelled at me down the phone, I don't know about anyone else but to me she has taken advantage of her position at a time when rentals are at an all-time low. And to blacklist someone based on a conversation that she didn't handle well or professionally. I clearly would not recommend her.Thank you for your response. it was your rude words that offended me the most. I know you can't blacklist us BUT YOU THREATENED TOO. We did find a house for my husband and I and our cat. We rented through Real way property that were fantastic to deal with. They showed us the respect every human deserves. We were dream tenants with our cat. Then we bought a house 6mths ago. I will never deal with you Dianne, You rude unprofessional women.

Since moving from the country to the coast, DSB property management has made everything so simple the service is great! and they have always been easy to deal with. My family and i would like to personally thank Dianne for all of her help and assistance and can not recommended a better agent. Thanks Chris & Danielle.

Diane has been wonderful assisting us from the moment we applied for tenancy. We have enjoyed a stress free 6 months without any intrusive behaviour.At times Diane has gone to bat for us to ensure repairs were completed in an efficient and timely manner.We like Diane’s no nonsense professional approach and as a professional myself, I appreciate her respectful responses.

I have been renting through Di at DSB Property Management for nearly 5 years. She has made every transition in any of my new properties a smooth and easy one. The moving process can be extremely stressful however Di ensures you have the easiest move possible. I would and have recommended this reality to many people I know. I wouldn't rent through anyone else, Di and her team are helpful and always there to help.

This is a warning for Owners and Renters. Diane Baek was by far the rudest person I've ever dealt with, I understand real estate agents must be no non-sense" and have certain responsibilities

We were struggling to find a rental spoke to Diane and her team who assisted in a short period to find a lovely rental. Absolute first class customer service great communication and lovely people to work through the process.

On June 21st I contacted Diane and asked why she charged me twice for mattress cleaning that I had already paid for and Supplied receipt of. Was asked by RTA to attempt to work it out with them. They refused and told me they would not refund it. I have heard so many horror stories since then about Di bullying people and blacklisting them because she loves the power. Including from someone who works/ed for her.As a renter I would encourage people to stay away from them. They will almost certainly keep at least 50% of your bond and if you do not use her friends cleaning agency you will ALWAYS be made to come back at least once but usually twice.Photos are not enough with Di for entry reports. They will say it's ok and the photos can be used but then refer to the paperwork on exit. WRITE DOWN EVERY MARK, they will still try to charge you for it but at least you have proof. Spend a minimum of 30mins each room documenting all wear and tear. Only after this post was I refunded and told she would tell any real-estate in the future that I left a negative review

Hands down, the best property management team I have used to manage our home in Hervey Bay. The only regret I have is it took us 9 years of letting our house before someone recommended Di. We could of saved ourselves a lot of pain and suffering had we used DSB Property Management in the beginning.

Just the rudest person to deal with once she has your signature on the lease papers.Absolutely no interest in being flexible with inspection days or times.Has no problem printing blatant lies on property adverts. Obviously, in the current climate, she is relying on tenants accepting property conditions without an inspection.
