I just had my first appointment at this clinic on the recommendation of my sister in law and myself and my 11 week old pup felt so comfortable and at ease. From the admin staff to the nurses to the Vet (Will) everyone was just lovely and engaging. Nothing felt rushed. I know many other people who cannot speak highly enough about the team here and I look forward to a long relationship with the clinic. Thanks so much team and keep up the amazing work

Absolutely awesome experience! Henry our vet went over and above what I was expecting, his professionalism and care was phenomenal. My pet was seen as an emergency patient and even the whole staff were so lovely and kept me in the loop all times. Thankyou for taking care of my girl.

My local veterinary centre that has looked after our dogs for over 12 years. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Our dogs are always welcomed by the nurses and made to feel relaxed and comfortable.

The care by Will and Lucy at this vet is amazing! Love going here for all vet needs and my dogs are always happy too.Puppy school is also good fun and we both learnt lots.

Great Veterinary Clinic, Friendly Caring and Loving Vet's, Lovely Nurses and staff, Lucy and Matt saw Bethy and Puff-Diddy through to the end and helped Two Face with ear cancer so that he can enjoy what should be a few more years and they've always continued contact after our losses and sent us beautiful cards and seed packs to plant in their honer, We will be sticking to Frankston Heights Veterinary Clinic for the health of our 1 remaining pet as they are so caring, Thanks

Vets were pretty good. Receptionist was super lovely. Only issue was they don’t have a bathroom and I was kept waiting for ages.

I've been going here for years, think my dogs have seen most of the staff by now, and I've always been impressed by the level of care and attention to detail shown no matter who we book with. Whether a standard appointment, or an emergency, they have been extremely helpful. Would recommend to others without hesitation.
