Terrible!From the get go the owner wouldn’t let my parents in to see where the dogs slept/played.We called every day to check on her as she requires daily medication. Never once answered our calls or called back.Never responded to emails either!Sister in law went to check on her and straight away took her home. Grass was extremely long, and conditions not up to scratch. She got the feeling they weren’t let out at all to stretch legs.Owner was rude and somewhat aggressive towards her, refused to give back the medication she requires.Neighbours have said he isn’t a nice man and wouldn’t recommend sending pets there!Turns out my dogs daily medication was still full - likely she wasn’t give in at all!!Would NOT recommend sending your pet there!!We are contacting the RSPCA to report.**As I can’t respond to the reply below would just like to say that if you answered the phone calls or emails just once to check in, we wouldn’t feel the need to have to remove her. Understandably you are busy at times. But you told my sister in law that you ‘blocked’ our calls because there were too many.When you spoke to my mother this morning you said you didn’t call back because of a power outage? Which one is it? That’s two different scenarios right there.She also went there to check on your well-being also being the business owner.She’s actually filmed the entire situation and every request she asked was replied with a curt ‘no’ ‘no’ ‘no’.You also denied to hand over the medication, until she said she would call the police to get it back.We have it all on film that confirms our story.There were 5 days of trying to contact, granted there were public holidays in there. But a simple phone call or email would have sufficed. Different stories as to why there was no contact Doesnt help the situation.And yeah she was correct, when you spoke to the lady on the phone she did have no idea about the review.Doesn’t bother us that we won’t be using your business again in the future.

My dogs absolutely love staying here. John takes very good care of them. Would definitely recommend as less stressful stay compared to large dog boarding where barking is 24hrs nonstop.

Recently we found out that Kireena has just re-opened back up. So happy to be able to take our pups back to this iconic boarding facility.
