I had a great experience with auto Tech. Emma was very helpful and they provided precise information about the service.Gerard made me feel sure that they would get the car fixed as soon as possible.They’ve organized a rental vehicle whilst mine was getting fixed and the overall rating is certainly 5 stars!

My experience with ATSR was faultless: from the initial call, estimation on time required to fix my car, follow up calls and the end result. My car looks like new. Amazing level of customer service – Thank you – Gerard, Martin and Emma. Quality work backed by polite and efficient staff – good old fashioned customer care still exists.

Facts are: Repair was satisfactory on my car whose retail value was $130K, but they failed to look after it during their possession. They stained leather driver's seat with black sticky oil. Probably whoever moved my car was wearing pants with dirty engine oil on it. Also, found a dent on the driver's side skirt at the time of vehicle collection. My car was parked on their parking side by side with other cars with really tight gaps. Probably the door of the next vehicle hit the skirt. Complained through the insurance company and issues were rectified, but no apologies ever received. I wasn't sure if I was repairing my car or damaging it with them to be honest...And since the business added their comment to my review, I will have to add that their comment truly reflects who they are. Instead of being regrettable or apologetic, they arrogantly became defensive. Accidents and mistakes do happen, and what differentiate good business from bad business is how they react on the incidents. This business never apologise when the incidents happened and they still don't get it, hence, I've decided to lower the score. Also, attached the photos as evidence of damages. Hope they learn something through this review.

Customer service here is exceptional! I've been coming for years for NRMA repairs and every interaction has been friendly, transparent and professional.They often go above and beyond the scope of work and I honestly wouldn't choose any other repair shop. They fixed my car very quickly. Jeremy picked up the car on Monday. And on Thursday, Tom delivered the car back to me.Emma was also professional and helpful.Polite, courteous, and efficient! A rarity in the service industry!I highly recommend this company.

Service and execution was excellent. I was quoted for a 7-10 day turnaround and got the vehicle back in five days, which also saved me on car hire. Emma is very professional and clearly laid out the whole procedure. Highly recommended.

Took my car here and was asked - is there a reason you brought it here? They recommended to take somewhere else as they don’t like doing private quotes - was told I would receive a quote over the weekend and never received.Should probably pop up something on the website saying you only prefer insurance quotes.
