Thank you Pronto Express for fixing our blocked toilet, arrived on time and were very professional, they found a blockage that was causing our ongoing issues and not only fixed that but they also did a general check on all our taps and plumbing. Very happy with their service and will definately be calling on them again when needed.

We had a an issue with a faulty faucet, our water supply was under pressure. Shaun was able to fix our the water supply and provide a new faucet. Problem fixed!! I was impressed with the prompt service and especially the cleanliness of his work. I would use their service again.

Shaun and his team at Express Pipe Relining came and investigated our sewer line that was blocking up continuously. They found our drains were damaged from tree root infestation and ran through the process of underground relining. The team at Express Pipe Relining were on time, efficient and professional at all times.Shaun went over the pros and cons of either underground pipe relining or having to dig up property, and pipe relining was the best solution. Shaun was great, he answered the phone on the weekend but as it wasn't an emergency, suggested coming out on Monday to save on weekend call out rates. He was very personable, fixed our issue within 10 mins, had the parts with him and didn't charge for 'out of hours' even though he came after 6pm which was very nice. Shaun from Pronto Express Plumbing recently completed work on our building after an ongoing issue with loud hammering and knocking that other plumbers had trouble in pin pointing the cause. Shaun attended onsite for an assessment and was evidently highly experienced and knowledgeable and gave advice as to the potential cause and what solution we could follow. The works were completed over a couple of day’s including testing and ensuring the issue could be resolved. He explained in detail the background of what was happening with the pipes and water pressure etc. Shaun was very professional, friendly and clearly very experienced in comparison to many other plumbers we’ve encountered over the years and we would highly recommend him and Pronto Express Plumbing should you ever need a reliable and trustworthy plumber to assist you with any plumbing issues.

Outstanding service done right the first time - highly recommended. We had been having terrible problems with tree roots in our main sewer pipe for years that required it to be unblocked every two or three months at great expense.The two options were to dig the old clay pipe up and re-install new pipe or reline the existing. The price difference meant a reline was the only viable option for us.Since the reline was completed we have had no issues, the work was done quickly and efficiently, in fact our neighbor was so impressed he got his done shortly after.Highly recommended.
