Worst customer service ever!!!! over a year and still no resolution on a faulty product (just shifting blame on suppliers) never have I ever had worst customer service , I have given over 12 months of back and forth before giving this review but 12 months to resolve / replace or refund a faulty product is insane , 12 months !!!! Over a year and still nothing but empty promises!!!! not to mention impossible to get my emails or calls returned

Ordered dog clippers during Christmas period at 2pm yesterday. Received in a non-metro location 10am today. Personal replies to my emails during this time also – amazing!! Price was better than others and even got a valuable free gift with the order. Thank you Oz Grooming World and Aus Post express shipping. Very happy customer here.

I ordered a IV stand, had notifications it was delayed via post, I called after waiting three weeks to be informed it was not sent or in stock.They asked if I wanted to upgrade, I declined and requested my money back.It's been three mths, two calls and a email, no reply no refund.I do not recommend this company.
