I found the team at Angus and Coote Lake Haven very helpful. I had an item of jewelry that needed repairs and Amie went above and beyond to have my item repaired to almost brand new. The team kept me updated and I want to thank Lyndell (who was extremely pleasant to deal with) and Amie who dealt with me so very much for your wonderful service and I will be back. This time to have a piece of jewelry made. Thank you, well done

Disgraceful service from Lyndle the store manager. I will never shop there again. She refused to help us used horrible tone and delivery in her conversation. She lied and said she didn't have a copy of my receipt and refused to do a special order for my partner and change a ring that was too big. She first Sid the ring was worn, then said it obviously is brand new and never been warn. She simply aS extremely rude and unhelpful.
