Michael at MTR was terrific. He fixed my pergola's waterproofing / drainage and improved the the overall fit between the panels then added overhangs to facilitate better protection from harsh storms. He also increased the drainage pitch on top to reduce debris build up. He was so responsive & punctual with such great value i had him come back to install an insinkerator which went in tidy as. He even saw a broken garden drain (i didn't catch it) and replaced that as well. Plan to have him back to do the outdoor kitchen plumbing / gas when the time comes. Has tremendous professionalism that's all too rare nowadays. :)

MTR prepared a comprehensive roof report outlining the work required. We were kept informed of the sourcing of materials and the scheduled date. MTR arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. I have no hesitation in using them in the future and highly recommend them.

I rang Michael for a quote for a hot water service. He was friendly, informative and competitively priced. Michael installed a new hot water service and a couple of whirly birds for the roof. He took away all the rubbish, & left the area spotless. He is professional, takes pride in his work and I would certainly use him again.
