I was served by a young woman. She served me very poorly, and made racist remarks as I am an older black man diagnosed with cerebral palsy, alzheimers, lung cancer and crippling trench foot. After these remarks, she continued to mistreat me by charging me $5 more than the pringles can, latex gloves, sponges, and elastic bands costed. I will certainly not be shopping at red dot again and hope this young lady loses his position.

New store (next to Toy Mate) is fantastic! Good range of helium balloons (and inflation services) there and other party items. Didn't have enough time to look through the store properly, but was pleasantly surprised and will be back.

I was looking for a shopping trolley like the ones used by housewives and I couldn't find a decent one anywhere in the whole shopping mall except for this little shop that is tucked in an obscure wing. The quality of the product is pretty good though I use it to carry stuff on rough roads. This shop is worth a visit, as it stocks a lot of stuff that you don't find in other shops.

Checking out my product wasn’t very good. I asked a lady at the checkout how much the item that I wanted was and she said $3. I went back to get another version of the item (the same thing) and I went to buy it but then the lady said it was $4 so I decided to go back to the previous item that she definitely said was $3 but then she charged me $4 for it even though I remember her saying to me and my friends that it was $3. Red dot needs to put more pricetags on things.
