Poor quality chips. ActuallyCouldn't eat them. However the fillet of fish (apart from the cheese), is what is giving you 2 stars. Quality food should be what you aim to give customers, even if they have to wait for produce.

I ordered a cheese and tomato toastie, plus a chai latte today from Manager Ashi.Both were made to perfection by Ashi and so quickly! Ashi was very professional and presented my order to me cheerfully. Thank you Ashi for your fantastic service.

Typical Maccas store,very untidy seating area,tables not wiped down,floor had food/rubbish scattered..Toilets not cleaned...smell was disgustingThis seems common at this Maccas store,been here several times,but same result..Whoever the managers is,isn't doing his/her job...

Apparently im a glutten for punishment because until now i kept going back to this store. If the staff are as competent at life as they are at their job i fear few of them will live past 24....the amount of times my orders are cold and incorrect leave me embarrassed to admit i returned again and again only to have the same simple orders arrive cold and undercooked time and time again. Ive given up on trying to call to complain only to be left more angry and disappointed at the money ive wasted. You may aswell park in the carpark, tell the garbage bin your order and then eat some grass off the median and you'll have a better dining experience than that of the completely hopeless one you'll endure at this store.

Compact size McDonald's. With a tall playhouse which the children like it. Serving speed may not be as fast as expected. But the staff are polite and helpful.

Went through on a Tuesday night at about 9pm and do every week, the workers here are absolutely lovely. They always do a great job of filling up my sundaes and are usually pretty good with filling up my frozen cokes. Food is also cooked very well each time I go through & have never had an issue in regards to this.Poor guys tonight were so overrun, only two of them running both the drive through and the restaurant. They did a fantastic job & maintained a lovely attitude, fixing up an accident with my order straight away and doing their best to get everyone served as quickly as possible. Hats off to them, would never be able to do that myself!

Very average building. Very cold in building. Much better at Torquay. Hamburgers nothing like advertised. No atmosphere in building. Think you can do better than this McDonald's

Service is good, playground area is a bit small but kids still have fun. Not many places to sit and it's always so noisy. Also seems to be very cold no matter what time of year

Partner went in to get coffees for the boys at work today, ordered in drive through and spent 10 minutes waiting only to be brought 2 of the 4 drinks which were wrong and the girl gave attitude then walked off. Another came shortly after with one of 4 coffees which was actually correct but when he informed her that he was waiting on others she also walked off, he was then moved into the waiting bay and after 25 minutes of not being seen to he had to leave as a simple coffee run turned into an almost 45 minute trip. Disappointed as he didn’t receive product or even an apology for the mistakes made and came away out of pocket with nothing to show for it

Had a few average experiences with sundaes here. Had to document it this time - half full... barely any topping haha. Pretty average.
