The toilet here is ridiculous! The door and urinal are so close together that when you use the urinal the toilet door smacks you in the back! The staff literally act like you're not there (the kiosk stopped printing dockets) so we paid for an order and got a blank ticket printed. Went to ask the counter staff what happens from here and all they did was look everywhere but at us. Very appalling for sure.

Hi went in to there tonight about 6.40pm to get tea for my wife. Can't really rate the food because I stood there for several minutes and never even got served . Final insult was ladies behind me pressed in there orders on touch screen and got there mcflurries, while I was still waiting to be served. After I that I walked out.

Went to order the meal on the screen when it came time to pay it took my money and and had a printer error. Reordered the meal again and printed out a blank receipt. Then took them 20 mins to acknowledge the meal was ready and believed to make the burgers again......... We feel they didn't. Must be a better reason than boxing Day.. Maybe not put new people on when it's busy......

Not the cleanest and definitely lacks a bit of customer service. It does have a good undercover playground and in good visibility from dining areas.

I have always loved the fries, nuggets and chicken burger. Their frappés, hash browns, pancakes and mc muffins are pretty good too.Although the slide does have very inappropriate graffiti on it and wouldn't be completely comfortable knowing the older kids would read it. Very disgusting and some self harm stuff too.

Went through drive through, the guy on the speaker was trying to rush through taking our order and not listening.We waited 5 minutes at the pay window, moved to the next window to wait 15 minutes just to recueve the wrong food.Food was hot and enjoyable.

Slow service through drive through, took them 20 minutes to serve 6 vehicles, had to repeat our order 4 times and then it was wrong when we got it. No smiles, everyone looked down or bored, never going back there.

If I would want to buy a deconstructed burger I would order one, just because it’s fast food doesn’t mean that you don’t have time to put a burger together and into a box. Also your workers have no clue how to give change even though the screen tells them how much to give. Next time I buy a soft serve I would like to pay 80 cents not 2.80 thankyou very much.
