I took my 20 year old renegade compressor in as it was losing air. Within 3 days of doing so the staff had diagnosed the problem, replaced the necessary parts, and advised me of its completion. The service was first class, professional and competitively priced. I would highly recommed doing business with this company

Dial tyre pressure gauge not holding reading (leaking) just 17 months after purchase - with a 12 months warranty.Not a cheap quality gauge at apx. $55.00 replacement cost.Trade Tools replaced the gauge at no cost.As my original gauge still looked brand knew, they said it had obviously not been treated roughly and had been looked after.Many thanks to Trade Tools for a fair and reasonable outcome.

Disappointing, staff were chatting behind the counter and nobody approached me despite walking around the store for 5 minutes with no other customers in there. The compressor I purchased was just wheeled to the door with no owners manual provided nor was any assistance given to lift it into my ute.

Big shout out to Ben at Trade Tools Brendale.Was a loyal customer for another business but they lacked customer service.Ben was knowledgeable, personable, friendly and helpful.Because of this, I am now a Trade Tools customer.Highly recommended

What a great bunch of guys. I have dealt with these guys before and should have came here before attending their main competitor. Ben was more then happy to help, and even when I rang before turning up, one of the staff was trying to give me as much info as he could. Good products, great service. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend the store after the service I received recently. First time I had been in and loved the way everything is set-up.Easy to find everything but most importantly it's nice to go to a store that's so clean and well presented.Needing an upgrade of my cordless combo kit, I'd been tossing up between a few brands and the knowledge and advice I received from Ben made the process a breeze.Thanks for all of your help Ben, absolutely stoked with the new Milwaukee kit!Will definately be back!
