Zensation Tea House
A tiny shop with lots of surprises! They have an extensive Chinese and Japanese teas, as well as a good amount of tea peripherals. We had the cream tea and white tea, both were fantastic! The cream tea had a milky note at every sip, very interesting flavour profile. They also have a good selection of dim Sims, although on the pricey side to me. Nonetheless the business owners were very attentive and the overall experience was great! Happy to return again.

What a gem!Feels like hanging out at your grandparents. Super homey. Foood was delicious. Will come back to eat dumplings again and try out the other teas!

Zensation Tea House
Zensation was SENSATIONAL. The tea & food was incredible, but the service was what really took the cake. Raymond and Ada run a beautiful Tea House and truly involve their guests in a one-on-one experience that allows you to take the time to appreciate all the culture and atmosphere they have to offer. The vegetarian options are fantastic, making all those in our party walk away truly satisfied.Can’t wait to come back and take in some Zen.

Like many others, I was curious about the overly positive reviews, but I can confidently confirm this place is special.Raymond and Ada are very warm and welcoming without being intrusive. Raymond recommended delicious tea options, while Ada showed us how to properly pour the tea.Not only is the tea scrumptious, but the food is also unbelievable. All made by their in-house chef, the dim sums are all so fresh, juicy, and delectable. Highly recommended the fried pork bun, so yum. Everything was great! Their homemade chilli oil is also amazing, so much so we bought some to take home, as well as some tea, of course.Charming place, friendly service, and delicious food and tea. A new favourite.

At first, I was sceptical. How this has a 4.9 star rating. However, as soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing. This tea house exudes love and passion.Raymond and his staff made me feel at ease throughout my visit.

Amazing service and passion from the owners for tea. They are so friendly and happy.The way tea is served is an experience, I wish I had filmed it! Quaint cups and interior decor. The tea is of good quality and the BBQ buns and Shanghai sui mai were yum. I really enjoyed my experience and highly recommend this place.

I wanted to go here for over a year, and today I finally did. So happy I did too! I loved the experience! Very knowledgeable about the tea and the traditional aspects of Chinese tea making. A learning experience with plenty of delicious variety! The tea just keeps flowing, pot after pot!!! Definitely try the yam cookies, to die for! Highly recommend!

Amazing service and great vibes! I haven't seen another place in Sydney dedicated to tea in this way and I really appreciate the sharing of my culture - seeing chinese tea appreciated in this way is amazing. Food was great too and loved seeing the doggy roaming around :)
