Staff good… wait time terrible. Prior experiences at Goyder MVR have been good but on this occasion the wait time was beyond belief! No member of the public ought to be forced to wait sooo long to give money to the govt. Get more staff…

Person at the front helps remove the stress of thinking I’m going to select the wrong thing and makes it easy to find the correct form, much better experience than a couple years ago.

Unfortunately, under staff and visit was over 1.5hrs. Other than that, service was great.

sarah was great, very friendly and helped me solve the problem ive been struggling for the last 3 times i’ve been there. wait was kinda long but overall, sarah was a great help and handled everything professionally. manager on duty was also good

I'm not sure what it takes to post negatively at places like this. Every time I've visited this particular MVR, I've had excellent service. Even if I've had to wait 10 minutes, I understand that these people are only human. Things do t happen quickly, and when you are dealing with sensitive data, you should be careful. Like these people are!

Terrible waiting time. The government should consider to transit towards online services, where most of the MVR transactions could be easily done online. Spending 1.5 hrs to upgrade the license is simply wasting of time.

The 2 white ladys are good in there but man its like going for a license in pakistan from the faces I see. Don't they check references and resume qualifications right? I don't see how in NT not a single aboriginal person was hired with all the incentives
