I love how I have felt after Arwen's massages - I am up to three so far. She is very strong and intuitive and understands exactly where accumulated muscle tension needs to be released in my body. I find the massage to be a perfect balance between relaxation and remedial - which is exactly what I, personally need. It is difficult to find a person who can sense where your body is tense and who can intuit where you need the most work. I hesitate to recommend Arwen because if she gets too busy, I might have to wait longer to get in for a massage! x
