I was initially concerned to see so much turn over of staff. I've come too see through working personally with Trinity and Tanya to recover faults caused by old Property Managers that they don't carry any dead weight on their team and that's how they keep their service standard high. They only accept the best and their clients should only expect the best. Thank you again guys.

Tanya could be the calmest person I've met, she only gets involved to problem solve and between her, Trinity and their Property Management team they sorted out my issue and got my property back on track with no fuss. As landlords who aren't local it's a huge relief.

I had a great experience with an agent from Raine and Horne at a rental open today. After I viewed the property and had a short discussion the agent gave me a call back. He was happy to give me some great information and advice for finding a rental property. Unlike other agents he is happy to work with me to help attain rental property.

Just moved to Adelaide from Sydney. Tough decision and while looking at properties I came to understand it will be very difficult to find a good, clean place with there being so many people looking for properties.Did a open home with Julie and loved the place. It was perfect. I was splurging on air bnbs and wanted a place quick.Julie helped me organise my paperwork, she guided me on how to link up my referrals to the online platform, which I was clueless about. I was on call with her till 8pm, she was helping me with my application.I would say 10/10 customer service. I have dealt with many property agents in Sydney they do not look after you like she does.Further when I went over to the property after signing the contract, she took into account all my concerns. Got back to me on the same day within hours and resolved any problems that I might have. She even drove over to check a window and promptly had it fixed up.Would recommend Julie to anyone looking for assistance with their property.

It took me a while to get use to how digital everything in this office is now. But now I can check up on my investment property the same way I can check on internet banking. It's a relief to check and see everything is up to date. They promised me they have nothing to hide and I can trust their work, and I do.

Trinity was very engaged and passionate about receiving the best price for our home. He would answer our calls at 5.30am. As shift workers it made selling so much easier.

I recently attended an open run by Trinity in Salisbury, it wasn't a great property. But the experience I had with the atmosphere of happiness and excitement that he'd created felt like he was selling a million dollar property. I can see why people pick him.

The Property Managers there all work together to find a solution. After years of mismanagement its great to finally have action when requested.

I do not recommend renting through Raine and Horne. I’ll never rent though them again. They will take all your bond so the owners can do repairs on the house with out notifying how much repairs will be. They like to take your rent but can’t keep up with the repairs.Very disappointing and very unprofessional
