OTR Old Reynella

Great Customer Service. All the staff are really professional . It's a busy service station and staff are always professional and polite and do there job by getting you served as quick as they can . It has a great range of products if it's a public holiday and main shops are closed . They have quite a variety of products . Eftpos machine down the back end and they also have xlotto . There hot food and cakes are always fresh and they have fresh flowers also that you can purchase It's open 24 hours so that is also very convenient . It's a busy place and staff handle it.

Staff are bloody useless. I have requested a villis bacon and egg tart for well over 5 days. And they cant seem to have one there readily available. The store manager attempted to tell me that no one buys them , to which I replied I have come in 5 days in a row to buy one (havent due to no availability). If you cooked them I would buy them . Seriously what an idiot.

Polite staff. Quick to serve. Great coffee. Good go to" place when you are "on the run" and need something. Good range of items."

I'd give minus 10 stars if it was an option. Useless staff esp managers, price hiking everything particularly fuel. Avoid.

Came in around 12:20am on my way home from a night out with friends. Stopped in to grab a coffee for myself and a friend. Placed the order on the OTR app, walked inside and chatted whilst waiting for our coffee's. The lady employee on the night not only made our coffee with her phone out which ended up burning my friends coffee due to lack of concentration. She insisted I placed a dirty Chai order and not a Chai Latte whilst I double checked the order receipt and it was a normal Chai Latte w/almond milk. We were polite the entire visit in this OTR although disappointed upon leaving. Would of asked for it to be remade although my friend insisted I leave it alone and just leave.

Went to get my usual 3 X 2 litre bottles of room temperature Pepsi Zero for what I believed was $7. Get to the counter, only to be told the price hike of 33 cents per bottle, yes a whole $1 more. What upset me was not seeing any sign indicating the price change. When I rang to query this, no manager around as per usual. They finish at 2 pm apparently. Yes like I don't work and can ring them during the day. That is just BS. More than a 10% increase, how is that justified???Went back a few weeks later. Still no sign for the price increase and it went up even more. Even after having had X2 discussions with staff, bone of which were managers. I have yet to ever come across one. A very rare species it seems.

Was the worst dog wash i’ve ever been to. Dog nearly jumped out of the tub. Don’t even have head chains on one of them. Get some better tubs and I don’t recommend never coming back again!!!!

Do not put full in your car here with out readingHi allYesterday was my first day of daddy daycare.I could not find my wallet anywhere at home. I thought it was in the car that my wife was driving.After dropping my son off and swapping cars with my wife, I went to look at a job for my work. The low fuel light went on, and I pulled into On The Run to refuel my car.After filling up my car I realised that I could not find my wallet at all. I went into the store and spoke to 2 of the staff, and was told that I could not pay via bank transfer, Bpay, over the phone or any other method besides credit card or cash. I then asked if there was someone I could talk to in an effort to ensure that the police would not be involved. The staff member told me to fill in the paperwork and someone from OTR would contact me to arrange payment.I was therefore surprised to receive a phone call from the local police at 9:30pm regarding the drive off without paying" situation.Thanks OTR for the sleepless night."
