Little Rocky Creek Grinding Grooves
Although the trail in could use some maintenance. (As well as the surrounding area)It was otherwise surprising to find something like this, hiding in plain sight. I have driven past it numerous times, thinking it was just a creek bed.Seeing the marks that were made from sharpening tools into the sandstone was quite surprising also! I'm unsure if the circular marks/cutouts are from similar practices or just natural occurrences from time past.Albeit short, if historical significance is your thing. It was also the route taken between Brisbane and Gympie Goldfields. Also, a bush foraging paradise. If you know what you're looking for.

A part of Aboriginal history and feels very spiritual. You can also see the wheel imprints on the rock from Cobb and Co. It's a mixture of two opposing histories that makes it have even more meaning.
