order online and pick via click and collect the prices are almost twice instore than what they are online.Deceiving stuff.Just have a look for yourself when you're inEspecially after what Lismore has been through it is so so disappointing is would have expected more.

Due to limited vehicle access, I mainly purchase the Warehouse’s products online.Their online shopping facilitates are efficient and user friendly. The Warehouse offers a very wide array of pharmacy, beauty and medicinal products.The store is also convenient located to the local bus services.

The dermatologist posing as a pharmacist disagreed with my GP, and wouldn't provide an over-the-counter antifungal cream. They're also ludicrously slow to fill a script, but I don't blame the staff since it's probably enforced corporate policy to grow sales.

Not deserving of even one star. Been there several times and asked do they have the medication available when putting in the script and being told yes then waiting at least half hour to either have been forgotten about or on three occasions be told we are out of stock on not one but two of the medications needed why can't they tell you straight up we don't have it at the moment instead of lying to the customers. I am not the first to complain when I have told this to friends and family. Chemist warehouse Goonellabah pick up your act your losing customers.

If it was it for the lovely staff who are very helpful this would have been 1 star, however the pharmacy side of every single chemist warehouse one goes too is the worst. Always slow, delays galore. Get more staff people. Dont be cheap and make people waitUpdate 3 months later. Worse than ever. Called for a script to be made, advised it would be, come up here and 35-40 min later it’s finally ready. The woman who I spoke to didn’t even get it ready who I spoke too. No sorry, just oh we’ve been busy. I called at 4pm and it’s now 5.43pm and you just realised it wasn’t done.Come on. Do better.

45 minute wait for a script with nobody in the store, staff stood around in dispensary talking about the weekend not processing anything. Get to checkout, 3 staff standing talking one serving, 4 waiting. Didn't get my repeats sent back to my phone (just realised) so will need to go back or call to get them to send them. Constantly run out of my product, but are the cheapest by $10 so go back for more punishment. HOPELESS STORE

I was in a bit of a hurry, so i asked staff where the products were that i wanted. All staff were so helpful, and one product they were out of stock, but advised me if the closest thing to what i wanted. I was in and out quite fast. The shop is a huge shop will so much stuff you could shop your day away. They also have a great perfume selection at good prices. And also sell bottled water and some other drinks which is great if you need to take some pills you just brought.
